Custom Request Form

Thank you for checking out Stay Radical Clothing's custom shop! As of right now we only ship in the U.S. (but be patient we hope to expand in the future). All custom items will be made 100% by me. This means we will work together to build your dream item!

Turn around time 4-6 weeks depending on if a tee is ordered, sourcing time for fabric, dress, or flannel, etc. Although I always hope this time is shorter!

  

These prices include shipping (unless you are shipping a tee in which case you cover shipping cost to send to me but the shipping cost to send back your finished product is covered in that price) and tax, along with the purchase and/or finding of your dream band tee, fabric, and labor costs. With all that being said, if you are interested please fill out the form below!
